All customers should wait a minimum of 30 days prior to inquiring about an order.

Items marked as PRE-ORDERS do not exist at the time they are posted to the store. In many cases, the audio and/or artwork for these items has not yet been completed, and the point of the pre-order is to generate funding for production of that specific item. As a result, these items can be delayed for some time as the project comes together. When placing a pre-order, it is essential that you remain patient and understand that, although it will take some time for your order to be fulfilled, it will indeed be fulfilled; It could take a month, it could take a year, but you will get what you paid for once the final product is on hand.


I am essentially working alone, with only very occasional assistance. Not many labels exist where a single person is recording the music, designing the layout, assembling the packaging, and packing/shipping all of the orders. With increased shipping fees, I am continuing to do all of this at a personal financial loss, so before you start railing me with angry emails about how I am ripping you off, kindly bear all of that in mind.

You are, of course, free to request a refund via paypal. I generally ignore all complaints/claims that come in because of the above-stated policies, so if your refund request is made within the guidelines as set by Paypal, you will receive your money back. Once the items you have ordered become available, you may also receive them anyway (again, due to the above-stated policies).

I full acknowledge that this is not an ideal scenario, however, this is how things are going to be until I am able to implement a more time-and-cost-efficient system.
